The National Museum and the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography signed a memorandum

The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography have signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation.

This important document represents a significant step toward elevating partnership in the field of culture and arts to a new level.

Berik Abdygaliuly, Director of the National Museum, warmly welcomed the artistic group led by Bibigul Nussipzhanova, Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, and emphasized the importance of the agreement.

In his speech, he noted that the Academy is a leading center of choreographic education and creative development both in Kazakhstan and across Central Asia. Thanks to its continuous education system and international partnerships, the Academy makes a substantial contribution to the development of national art.

He also highlighted that the museum’s primary mission is not only to preserve cultural heritage but also to promote it within modern society through innovative creative formats. In this regard, the partnership between the Museum and the Academy will foster a harmonious integration of art and history, tradition and innovation.

The parties agreed to implement joint cultural and educational projects, organize creative events, provide opportunities for young professionals to gain practical experience, and exchange professional expertise. Berik Abdygaliuly instructed to approve a preliminary work plan for organizing joint cultural activities.

At the end of the ceremony, the parties exchanged commemorative souvenirs. As part of the event, students of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography performed a traditional Kazakh dance, showcasing their talent. The performance in national style enriched the event and created a festive atmosphere.
