During the negotiations, the parties thoroughly discussed the organization of a joint scientific conference scheduled for 2026, as well as the preparations for an exhibition from the National Museum’s collections to be held in Chemnitz in 2027.

Following the meeting, the parties reviewed the museum collections and research materials in order to define the scientific concept of the future exhibition and establish an effective format for cooperation. In addition, a concrete action plan was approved, providing for academic consultations, specialist exchanges, and the implementation of joint research projects aimed at further strengthening the partnership.

The upcoming projects are expected to elevate international cooperation in the museum sector to a new level and to promote Kazakhstan’s historical and cultural heritage to a broad European audience.
