The ceremonial opening of the festive exhibition titled «FAITH», dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the International Independent Women Artists’ Foundation «Tan Sholpan», took place at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the RK.
The main goal of the exhibition is to widely promote the creative work of talented and highly professional women artists who possess a distinctive artistic style, stand out for their innovative ideas, and work across various fields and genres in both the national and international art arenas.
During the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Committee for Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information, Erlan Dakenov, read out a congratulatory letter from Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, emphasizing the special role of women in the arts.
The exhibition features national handicrafts, jewelry, decorative items, and various souvenirs created by more than 150 skilled women artisans. Each work reflects profound meaning, delicate emotions, and a sense of love.
According to Acting Director of the National Museum, Sairan Duisenov, the exhibition will be open to visitors for two months. Similar cultural and educational events are also planned to continue in the future.
Among the distinguished guests were Senator Zhanna Assanova and Honored Figure of Kazakhstan Estay Daubayev, who extended their warm congratulations and best wishes to the anniversary honorees.
